Teaching Background:

Charlotte Bash holds a Bachelors in Music from Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music, and her Masters of Education in Special Education from National University. While at Indiana University, Charlotte began teaching private voice lessons, and when she moved back to Los Angeles, she expanded her teaching to the recording studio, theatrical stages and to the classroom. In addition to teaching private voice lessons, Charlotte also teaches at a special education school that specializes in assisting children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). There, she teaches a variety of different subjects, including Ethnomusicology, History of Jazz and Soul, International Art, History of Musical Theatre, AP Music Theory, Music Appreciation, Diversity in Arts and Culture and Spanish. In addition to her classroom teaching, she also heads the musical direction for special events at school fundraisers and oversees the Gender and Sexuality Awareness Club. S

By utilizing the Bel Canto technique and a social-emotional learning curriculum, Charlotte specializes in teaching singers how to crossover into a variety of genres with healthy vocal technique, emotional intent and confidence.
